תנאי שימוש

תנאים אלה חלים על השימוש ב-KupaOS — אפליקציית הקופה ולוח הניהול בענן — המופעלים על ידי ראנר מערכות ("אנחנו"). השימוש במערכת מהווה הסכמה לתנאים.

החשבון

• חשבונות נפתחים לעסקים ולמפיצים מורשים. חשבון חדש עשוי להמתין לאישור לפני שאפשר להשתמש בו.
• אתה אחראי לשמור על פרטי הכניסה ועל קודי ה-PIN של משתמשי הקופה, ולכל פעולה שנעשית בחשבון.
• יש למסור פרטים נכונים ולעדכן אותם כשהם משתנים.

שימוש מותר

אין להשתמש במערכת לפעילות בלתי חוקית, לנסות לעקוף את מנגנוני האבטחה, לגשת לנתונים של עסק אחר או לשבש את פעולת השירות.

הנתונים שלך

הנתונים שהעסק מזין שייכים לעסק. אנחנו משתמשים בהם רק כדי לספק את השירות, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. העסק אחראי לנכונות הנתונים, לרבות מחירים, מע״מ ופרטי מסמכים, ולעמידה בחובות המס והדיווח החלות עליו.

זמינות השירות

אנחנו פועלים כדי שהשירות יהיה זמין ואמין, אך ייתכנו הפסקות לתחזוקה או תקלות. הקופה ממשיכה למכור גם ללא חיבור לאינטרנט ומסנכרנת כשהחיבור חוזר. אנחנו עשויים לשפר ולשנות את המערכת מעת לעת.

תשלום

התמחור ותנאי התשלום נקבעים בהסכם נפרד עם העסק או עם המפיץ.

אחריות

השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא". ככל שהחוק מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי, לאובדן רווחים או לאובדן נתונים, ואחריותנו הכוללת מוגבלת לסכום ששולם עבור השירות בשלושת החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.

סיום

אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל עת. אנחנו רשאים להשעות חשבון שמפר את התנאים. לאחר סיום, נתונים חשבונאיים נשמרים ככל שהחוק מחייב.

דין ושינויים

על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט בתל אביב. אם נשנה את התנאים, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. שאלות: support@kupaos.com

Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of KupaOS — the till app and the cloud dashboard — operated by Runner Systems ("we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Accounts are for businesses and authorised distributors. A new account may wait for approval before it can be used.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and your till users' PINs safe, and for all activity in your account.
• Provide accurate details and keep them up to date.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, try to bypass its security, access another business's data, or disrupt the service.

Your data

The data a business enters belongs to that business. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its data, including prices, VAT and document details, and for meeting its own tax and reporting obligations.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but there may be maintenance windows or outages. Tills keep selling without an internet connection and sync when it returns. We may improve and change the service from time to time.

Payment

Pricing and payment terms are set in a separate agreement with the business or its distributor.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. After termination, accounting data is kept as long as the law requires.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions: support@kupaos.com
