KupaOS היא מערכת קופה וניהול לעסקים, הכוללת אפליקציית קופה ולוח ניהול בענן (app.kupaos.com). המערכת מופעלת על ידי ראנר מערכות ("אנחנו"). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים, למה, ועם מי הוא משותף.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

• פרטי חשבון: כשנכנסים עם Google או בדוא״ל — שם, כתובת דוא״ל ותמונת פרופיל. איננו מקבלים את סיסמת חשבון Google שלך.
• נתוני העסק: מה שהעסק מזין למערכת — מוצרים, מחירים, סניפים, משתמשי קופה, עסקאות, קבלות, דוחות Z ודוחות מס.
• נתוני לקוחות של העסק: אם העסק משתמש במועדון לקוחות או בשוברים — שם, טלפון ופרטים שהעסק בחר לשמור. העסק אחראי על המידע הזה, ואנחנו מעבדים אותו בשמו.
• נתוני מכשיר ושימוש: מזהה הקופה, גרסת האפליקציה, יומני שגיאות ודוחות קריסה, כדי שנוכל לתקן תקלות.

איך אנחנו משתמשים במידע

• להפעיל את המערכת: כניסה לחשבון, סנכרון בין הקופות לענן, הפקת קבלות ודוחות.
• לעמוד בדרישות החוק, כולל ניהול ספרים ודיווח לרשות המסים.
• לתמיכה, לאבטחה ולתיקון תקלות.

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי, ואיננו משתמשים בו לפרסום.

מידע מחשבון Google

הכניסה עם Google משמשת רק לזיהוי: אנחנו מקבלים שם, כתובת דוא״ל ותמונת פרופיל, ומשתמשים בהם רק כדי לחבר אותך לחשבון שלך ב-KupaOS. איננו ניגשים לשום מידע אחר בחשבון Google שלך. השימוש במידע שמתקבל מ-Google עומד במדיניות נתוני המשתמש של שירותי ה-API של Google, כולל דרישות השימוש המוגבל (Limited Use).

עם מי המידע משותף

אנחנו נעזרים בספקי שירות שמעבדים מידע בשמנו בלבד:

• Clerk — ניהול כניסה וזהות
• Fly.io ו-Vercel — אירוח השרתים ולוח הניהול
• Neon — מסד הנתונים
• ספקי סליקה ותשלומים שהעסק בחר לחבר

נמסור מידע לרשויות רק כשהחוק מחייב זאת.

שמירה ואבטחה

המידע מוצפן בהעברה ונשמר בשרתים באיחוד האירופי. נתוני עסקאות ומסמכים חשבונאיים נשמרים כל עוד העסק משתמש במערכת, ולאחר מכן ככל שהחוק מחייב שמירת רשומות. פרטי חשבון נמחקים לבקשתך, למעט מה שהחוק מחייב לשמור.

הזכויות שלך

אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע שלך, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. אם המידע שלך נשמר על ידי עסק שמשתמש ב-KupaOS (למשל כלקוח מועדון), פנה קודם לאותו עסק.

Privacy Policy

KupaOS is a point-of-sale and back-office system for businesses: a till app and a cloud dashboard (app.kupaos.com). It is operated by Runner Systems ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Account details: when you sign in with Google or email — your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• Business data: what the business enters — products, prices, branches, till users, transactions, receipts, Z reports and tax reports.
• The business's customer data: if a business uses a loyalty club or vouchers — name, phone and the details it chooses to keep. The business is responsible for this data; we process it on its behalf.
• Device and usage data: till identifier, app version, error logs and crash reports, so we can fix problems.

How we use it

• To run the service: signing in, syncing tills with the cloud, producing receipts and reports.
• To meet legal obligations, including bookkeeping and tax-authority reporting.
• For support, security and fixing faults.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Sign in with Google is used only to identify you: we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to connect you to your KupaOS account. We do not access any other data in your Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data only on our behalf:

• Clerk — sign-in and identity
• Fly.io and Vercel — hosting for the servers and the dashboard
• Neon — database
• Payment and card-clearing providers the business chooses to connect

We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Retention and security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored on servers in the European Union. Transaction data and accounting documents are kept while the business uses the service, and afterwards for as long as record-keeping law requires. Account details are deleted on request, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. If your data is held by a business that uses KupaOS (for example as a loyalty-club member), please contact that business first.
